ROSEBROOK 360°-3D TRACING VALVES
The Rosebrook 360° 3D series offers the most
advanced tracer technology available. These units offer mobility on up
to three axis and operate at higher flow and pressure than other tracers
systems. There is no chatter, binding or sticking at any feed rate from
¼ to 100 IPM and accuracy is maintained at any pressure from 150
to 1,500 PSI through the use of our exclusive Crescent Ground spools. An
upper micrometer dial is provided to control all feeds for 360° tracing
and a lower dial controls 3D plunge rate and retract. In addition a stylus
counter balance adjustment screw permits external adjustment to lighten
template pressure when using a heavy styli.
The Model 2000 traces all angles on the x and y axis and is designed for
use on flatwork where the application does not require up and down motion.
The Model 2000 utilizes a universal stylus which reacts to side deflection
only. Manual or semi-automatic operation is controlled by means of a simple
one hand lever with fingertip "on-off" trigger.
The Model 3000 is a semi-automatic model which features full mobility on
the x, y and z axis. The Model 3000 is designed for full 3D motion and
cutting. The operator-controlled model utilizes a simple one hand lever
with fingertip "on-off" trigger to switch from manual to semi-automatic
operation. Universal stylus reacts to both side and end deflection.
The Model 6000 is a fully automatic tracer which offers full mobility on
the x, y and z axis and be used in the semi-automatic or manual mode as
well. The model 6000 requires no operator to complete a predetermined cycle.
The universal stylus reacts to both side and end deflection and can set
for full 3D motion cutting.
The fully automatic Model 7000 is designed to trace all angles on the x
and y axis and is designed for use on flat work where the application does
not require up and down motion. The Model 7000 reacts to side deflection
only. Like the Model 6000 this, unit does require an operator to complete
a predetermined cycle and may also be used in the semi-automatic or manual
